Terms and Conditions : Studio Atome

1. Subject matter

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of pottery, all types of pottery courses and workshops on the site Studio Atome by Lauriane, operated by Lauriane Payer, Simplified Share Company (SAS) registered under SIREN 938 940 202having its registered office at the 12 rue de la Tirelire, 51100 Reims, France.

2. Products and services

Studio Atome offers:

• Sale of handicraft ceramic parts.
• The sale of custom creations.
• pottery/ceramic classes and workshops.

The characteristics of the products and services are detailed on the Site. Each creation being artisanal, variations of shape, colour and texture can exist.

3. Orders

Orders are made directly on the Site. An order is considered final after receipt of payment. Studio Atome reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unavailability of a product or force majeure.

4. Tariffs and payments

Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT. Payments are secured and can be made by credit card or any other means indicated on the Site.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Studio Atome cannot be held responsible for a delay attributable to the carrier. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

6.1. Custom Potteries and Creations

No refund will be made for any ceramics sent, whether in-store or custom-made.

6.2. Courses and workshops

No refund will be made in case of cancellation, but can be moved/delayed up to 5 working days before the expected date. In case of insufficient number of participants, the organiser reserves the right cancel or reprogram the course, with information transmitted at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, participants will be able to choose another niche or get an asset.

7. Intellectual property

All contents of the Site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of Studio Atome and cannot be reproduced without permission.

8. Personal data

The information collected during orders is intended for the management of purchases and is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
